Production Planning for Small-Batch PCBA

Before production begins, the available Gerber files, BOM, placement data, assembly drawings and testing instructions are reviewed for consistency. Revision differences, unclear component orientation, missing information and special assembly requirements are confirmed before materials are prepared.

The production schedule is then arranged according to PCB fabrication, component purchasing, assembly capacity and the required inspection or testing process.
